Finally, it's OUT! 
What's New in v3.1? (Last Update: June 23, 2006)
- Opera 9 compatible!
- Nearly each menu has been enhanced
- Opera now can read almost everything to you
- "Edit in Notepad" function become universal
- Added some new icons to menu items
- Totally rewrite
- More powerful and more efficient
- Added a lot of icons in "My Apps" menu
- Updated "Web Dev" menu to Toby Inkster's excellent W3-dev 3.0 Menu
- ....
With my menu, you can (Click to view screenshot):
- Open link/page in other Browsers. Currently support IE/Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox
- Use fully functioned "vB/BB/UBB Code" easily while posting in a forum
- Use the "Speak" function to let Opera read almost everything
- Edit the selected text/Notes in your "Notepad"
- Hide Opera to System Tray
- Show/Hide the whole "Menu Bar" to reduce/enlarge the visible space
- Easily adjust "Placement", "Style" and "Wrapping" of Toolbars, Panels, Tabs.....
- Change the "Block Pop-ups" option directly in the trash can in the top-right corner
- Find more information and more items in "Widgets", "Feeds", "Mail", "Chat" and "Help"
- Use "BugMeNot" to quickly bypass the login of web sites that require compulsory registration and/or the collection of personal/demographic information (such as the New York Times)
- View "Google PageRank" of any website
- View "Top 10" List through "Window" Menu
- Control foreground/background images more efficient
- Generate and control your Opera Show easily (Menu with Opera Show)
- Launch 3rd-party software or even control your system within your Opera (Menu with My Apps)

Install ZDYX's Menu with Opera Show (Standard + "Opera Show" menu)

Install ZDYX's Menu for Web Developers (Standard + "Web Dev" menu)
Install ZDYX's Menu Professional (Standard + "Opera Show" + "My Apps" + "Web Dev")

but without Userjs on every page?

It is possible, I think. Actually, I am planning this feature in the next version. But I have to take the final examination first. I won't have time to do this until July 5th.

You can access the following menu within Opera:
Tools - Preference... - Advanced - Toolbars - "Menu setup", click my menu, then press Delete button, and finally press OK button.
DO NOT delete "Opera Standard" menu in the list.
